    MANAGING BROKER | CO-FOUNDER

    Wesley Connolly has an extensive track record in a variety of core services within the Commercial Real Estate Investment market. Capable and experienced with all facets of the industry, Wesley specializes in Net Lease Investment Sales, 1031 Exchanges, and Business Sales. Over the course of his career and education, Wesley has developed a vast repertoire of knowledge and skills that he applies every day to assist his clients in accomplishing their respected real estate and operational related goals. He has developed credibility by exceeding expectations in his work with some of the industry’s most active REITS, developers, tenants, franchisees, and passive landlords. Wesley prides himself on cultivating long-standing relationships and leads every conversation with a focus on trust and transparency.

    Wesley grew up in the Napa Valley in Northern California and attended Chapman University's prestigious accelerated Master in Business Administration program with a focus in Real Estate and Finance and gained his Bachelor of Arts in International Business at the same University. Prior to founding Connolly Investments, Wesley successfully worked for nearly a decade at Matthews REIS and Colliers International. His experience, financial background and knowledge of the current and historical market will continue to create unparalleled value for his clients.

  • Katherine D. Connolly

    HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR | CO-FOUNDER

    Kate Dockery leads the Hospitality Division at Connolly Investments. She specializes in the disposition and acquisition of hospitality assets, primarily in the Southeast. Being from the South, her comprehensive market knowledge has given her the upper hand in cultivating homegrown Southern relations with private clients, institutions, syndicators, developers, and 1031 Exchange buyers.

    Kate has facilitated numerous transactions involving independent and flagged hotels, for private clients and institutions and has formed strong bonds with industry leaders and service providers, allowing for a wholisitic approaches when it comes to formulating client solutions. Kate was raised in Montgomery, Alabama and attended Texas Christian Univeristy’s Neeley School of Business, where she double majored in Marketing and Accounting and graduated with Cum Laude Honors.

    Jonathon Tako, Vice President of Connolly Investments, specializes in retail investment sales, focusing on properties from single tenant net lease to large shopping centers. With a background as an investment sales broker at Matthews™ REIS, he has facilitated transactions exceeding $60 million, including STNL, grocery anchored shopping centers, and portfolio franchise business operations.

    Jonathon's unique knowledge of both coasts, with roots in Marin County, California, and South Florida, allow him to connect with owners in both regions. Before entering commercial real estate, he worked in residential real estate, representing landlords in multiple acquisitions. Jonathon earned his B.S. in Business Finance from Chapman University's Argyros School of Business and Economics. His client-first approach, built on trust and transparency, has led to long-standing relationships and unparalleled results in the industry. A Jiu Jitsu purple belt, Jonathon brings his competitive nature to various forms of competition, emphasizing the importance of a healthy body and mind in his pursuits.

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Zach Passman specializes in a broad range of services within the commercial real estate investment market across the United States. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions involving gas stations and truck stops, in addition to traditional single-tenant net lease investments. His expertise spans the full transaction lifecycle, from initial underwriting and market positioning through negotiation and closing.

    Zach has worked with a diverse client base that includes investors, owner-operators, oil companies, developers, REITs, and 1031 exchange buyers. This exposure has given him a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the nuances across the commercial real estate landscape, particularly within the convenience retail and energy sectors.

    Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Zach is actively involved in every stage of the process, ensuring his clients are well-informed and strategically positioned. He is committed to guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and precision, consistently delivering efficient and successful outcomes.
